This Seller Agreement governs your use of Bring The Lowboy as a seller. By submitting a listing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
You must be the legal owner of the equipment or have documented authority to sell on behalf of the owner. You must be 18 years of age or older. Business entities are welcome and must list their registered name.
All listings are reviewed by our team before going live. We may reject listings for any reason, including inaccurate information, insufficient photos, or equipment outside our accepted categories. Rejection notification will be sent via email. There is no charge for reviewed listings that are not approved.
Sellers may set a confidential reserve price. If the reserve is not met at auction close, the seller is under no obligation to sell. Reserve prices are never disclosed to bidders. We recommend No Reserve listings as they generate significantly more bidding activity.
Seller proceeds (hammer price minus 5% success fee) are paid via ACH bank transfer within 3 business days of confirmed buyer receipt. A connected Stripe account is required to receive payouts. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
Once a listing is live and has received bids, it may not be withdrawn without approval from our team. Unjustified withdrawal after receiving bids may result in account suspension. Pre-bid withdrawal requests should be submitted to sellers@bringthelowboy.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bring The Lowboy, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your listings, your equipment, or your breach of this Agreement.
